vippph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by vippph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the vippph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. vippph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vippph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. vippph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify vippph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team. vippph may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any attempt to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including false identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
vippph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vippph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vippph reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. vippph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the vippph account. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. vippph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements.
vippph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or review of bonus wagering compliance.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on vippph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). vippph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vippph reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vippph. Any unauthorised use of vippph's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vippph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
vippph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vippph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vippph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your vippph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
vippph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vippph determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for breach, vippph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to deduction of any amounts owed to vippph.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and vippph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the vippph support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
vippph's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and Platform access are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
vippph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vippph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
