• Account data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Customer support records — retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Marketing preferences — retained until you withdraw your consent or close your account.

Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, vippph will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.

vippph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

The vippph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. vippph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process, and vippph employs technical and manual controls to prevent underage access.

13. Changes to This Policy

vippph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
